What we actually do

We tow vehicles and we solve roadside problems. That is the whole business. Cars, light trucks, SUVs, vans, motorcycles and the occasional golf cart, plus medium and heavy jobs when the rig fits what we run. Jump starts, lockouts, flat tires, fuel delivery and pulling people out of ditches make up the rest.

Why people call us back

Towing has a reputation problem and most of it is earned. The complaints are always the same three: nobody picked up the phone, the truck came much later than promised, and the price at the end was not the price at the start. We built the way we operate around not doing those three things.

You get a person on the phone. You get the price before the truck rolls. If something changes, you hear it from us before we start work, not when the invoice shows up.

Local means something here

We are not a dispatch app routing your call to whoever bid lowest. We are on 99E. When you tell us you are stuck on Whiskey Hill Road, or on the flats near Broadacres in the fog, or at the Exit 278 on-ramp, we know the road you mean. That is worth something at two in the morning.

The service area

Aurora is roughly in the middle of the corridor between Salem and Portland, which is why we can cover as much ground as we do. Twenty five towns, from Jefferson at the south end to Ridgefield in Washington at the north. The full list is here.

Hours

The office is open Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat and Sun 9am to 4pm. Dispatch runs twenty four hours a day, every day, holidays included. If you call at three in the morning, somebody answers.
