What happens after we get you started
Getting the engine running is only half the job. If the battery is at the end of its life or the alternator is not charging, the vehicle will die again as soon as you shut it off, sometimes sooner. We will tell you what we are seeing and whether we think you can make it to a shop. If the answer is no, we can tow it instead so you are not stranded a second time in the same day.

Battery calls spike on the first hard cold snap of the season. A battery that was fine in October can fail in the first frost because cold reduces the current it can deliver while the engine needs more of it. If your car has been slow to crank, get it tested before winter rather than after.

Do I need to be with the vehicle?
Yes, please. We need access to the vehicle and we want you there when it starts so you can decide what to do next.
Will a jump damage my car's electronics?
Not when it is done with the right equipment and the right connection order, which is what we bring. Cheap cables and a guess are what cause damage.
What if the jump does not work?
Then the problem is bigger than the battery. We will tell you what we think it is and we can tow you to a shop from the same visit.
Do you sell and install batteries?
Call and ask. If we cannot swap it on the spot we will get you to somewhere that can.
