What we collect

When you call us we collect what you tell us: your name, your phone number, where you are and what happened to your vehicle. When you use the contact form we collect the name, phone, email, location and details you type into it. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

To dispatch a truck to you, to quote a job, to follow up on a request, and to keep records of work performed. That is all.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the job: with our drivers, and where relevant with a repair shop, storage yard, insurer or law enforcement agency connected to your specific job.

Analytics and cookies

This website may use standard analytics to understand which pages people use and how they found us. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept as long as we are required to keep them for business and tax purposes. Contact form submissions that do not become jobs are deleted once the question is resolved.
